This is being posted on behalf of a local Bannerbrook Park resident.
My step son Sam (and my wife Marie as Sam’s approved adult) are going to be taking part in the Birmingham 5Km Color Run in August this year. Sam has set himself a target of raising £500 for University Hospital Coventry & Warwickshire Charity (including Breast Cancer and Children’s Appeals) in memory of a family friend we recently lost to cancer.

The last time Sam took part in a 5km Race For Life he came inside the top 10 finishing in around 22 mins with the winner running a time of just under 20 mins. He was leading the race at one point at aged 12. He is now 14.
I am sure he would be very appreciative of any donations to hit his target to support this worthy cause.
