Tarmac Works – Astoria Drive – Sat 3rd Dec from 8am to 4.30pm

A number of you may well have received a note through your door from MV Kelly on 30th November indicating that they would be surfacing the road.

They have started at the Broad Lane end of Astoria Drive and understand they are going up to the corner with Williamsbridge. This was scheduled to last 2 days, yesterday and today, however they will be surfacing tomorrow (Saturday 3rd Dec between 8am and 4.30pm). It is understood that they have had delivery complications hence the over run.

MV Kelly have asked for you to refrain from parking your vehicles on the roads or footpaths during the hours listed.

In the event of an emergency, they will be on hand if you need to gain access to your property with a vehicle.

As of this post, then are currently surfacing the Broad Lane end of Astoria Drive to the Delta Close/Madin Close junction and Centora Walk’s junction with Astoria Drive.
