For some time now various residents have been individually pursuing Persimmon Management and Greenbelt with their concerns about Bannerbrook Park maintenance and querying the maintenance charges as invoiced by Greenbelt, without success. As a result a number of residents have formed a Bannerbrook Action Group, (BAG) to formally approach Persimmon with our concerns, requests and proposals.
We are pleased to confirm that BAG has been acknowledged by Persimmon’s management and we are in the process of liaising with Persimmon to resolve our outstanding maintenance and maintenance charge issues.
Graham Harper has agreed to be the BAG point of contact with Persimmon’s management and is in the process of progressing our queries and concerns re Bannerbrook Park Maintenance and charges. Periodic updates will be published by BRA and posted on the BRA website.
